Terms of service

1. Who you're buying from

svellea.com is operated by NDM Digital Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Registered address: 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States
Contact: support@svellea.com

"We", "us" and "Svellea" mean NDM Digital Commerce LLC. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address.

If we decline an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full and promptly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

If your card is charged in a currency other than the one you were shown, your bank may apply its own conversion fee. That's between you and your bank.

4. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the hygiene exception that applies once a sealed jar is opened, and our 15-Day Guarantee.

5. What the product is — and isn't

Svellea Cryo-Thermo Sculpting Gel is a cosmetic product. It is intended to improve the appearance of skin. It is not a medicine, not a medical device, and not a treatment for any condition.

Cellulite is normal and extremely common. Nothing we sell claims to cure or eliminate it, and any wording on this site describing smoother, firmer or more even-looking skin refers to appearance.

Individual results vary. Before/after imagery and customer reviews on this site are illustrative of what some customers report and are not a promise of the result you will get.

Patch-test before first use. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you get irritation. Do not use on broken skin. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a skin condition, ask a doctor first. Keep out of reach of children. Full ingredient list is on the product page and on the packaging.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it at scale, or to resell our products without our written agreement.

8. Our content

The Svellea name, logo, text, photography and video on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may not use them commercially without written permission. Reviews and photos you send us may be used by us to promote the product — if you'd rather we didn't, say so and we won't.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own negligence, by any breach of the contract we have with you, and in every other case where the law does not allow liability to be excluded — including death or personal injury, and product liability.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed or limited by agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

This does not deprive you of your consumer rights. If you're a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country's law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. We will not argue otherwise.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to support@svellea.com first — most things are solved in one email. We reply within one business day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If we can't resolve it, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body in your country, and you can always take the matter to the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version was last changed.
